RETURNS POLICY

ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE ITEM TO:

All returns must include the completed Returns Form enclosed with your order.

Once we receive your return all refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and you will be notified by email.

Please note that we only accept returns where:

• All original labels and tags are still attached.

• The item has not been worn, damaged or marked by makeup/fake tan etc

• Items are returned within the 14 day return period - which begins from the first delivery attempt

• Unfortunately we are unable to pay for returns the cost of which must be met by the customer.

 

For hygene reasons we do not offer refunds on jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene strip is broken or unsealed
